[SCA-BMDL] archery

Greetings Debatable Lands,

There will be Archery Practice this Sun day July 19, buy this is the last
practice before Pennsic.  We will be off all three weekends of Pennsic, and
normal weekly practices will resume 8/16.  So brush up for your War
Shooting, as the Populace war points will be very valuable to our War
Effort this year.
