[SCA-BMDL] 3 Ravens

Unto the Barony, greetings from Kameshima!

Is anyone going to the College of 3 Ravens on February 21st? Their
Highnesses will be holding a Regency Court, and I have in my possession one
of the scrolls that They plan to give out that will need to make its way to
