For those headed to Crown Tourney this weekend:
From the Kingdom Earl Marshal: "Ok. I'm starting armor inspections at crown Tourney at 10:30 am. The processional will start at 11:30 am.. Once it's over, with the speeches and the pairings, etc.. we'll start the tournament."
From the Head Cook, Master Creador: "I do not have a hard and fast menu, I am trying to buy it fresh so it will depend on pricing, this is what I have planned though. Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, pickles, olives, pickled vegetables, grilled beef (salt and pepper only), grilled chicken (parboiled in lemon juice, thyme and dill water) [both on a stick], Honey glazed chicken legs (marinated in some vinegar with salt, pepper, sage possibly other herbs) bread, butters, bacon wrapped toast (with parmesan and basil), vegetarian no cook spring rolls, spinach cheddar quiches, hard boiled eggs, possibly cheese cubes, roasted pork loin in orange balsamic glaze with rosemary [then skewered], mushroom caps stuffed with salami and cheese and what ever else the cooks can come out with from the extras I am bringing.I hope this helps, let me know if there is something special you may need, I tried to cover all of the bases. Please feel free to share this with others."
