[SCA-BMDL] Heavy Practice Yesterday

I wanted to pass along some thank yous to all the fighters that came to the BMDL Practice yesterday. Every bout was followed by teaching and talking, there was great fellowship overall. There was so much fighting that we ended up finishing early.
