[SCA-BMDL] Welcome our New Officers

Greetings All,

At yesterday's Officers' meeting two new officers were elected.  Please  
welcome Lady Edana the Red, our new Chatelaine, and Lady Elizabeth  
Arrowsmyth, our new Mistress of Lists.

Thank you to Lady Katherine Sinclaire, outgoing Mistress of Lists, and Her  
Highness, Anna Leigh, our outgoing Chatelaine.

Also, thank you to our outgoing Fencing Marshal, Mistress Irene.  As there  
were no letters for this office, it is currently vacant.  Note that  
fencing practices will continue as long as there is a fencing marshal to  
run them.
