[SCA-BMDL] New Seneschal

The Baroness and I would like to thank Hildarun Hugelman for all her hard work for the Debatable Lands in her term as 
Seneshal.  She has been a friend, a confidant and strong shoulder 
whenever needed. She has held the Barony together and helped create 
something beautiful for all of us to enjoy. It is a hard and often 
thankless job, and she has been a true inspiration to many.  VIVAT 
Hilda!

We look forward to working with Master Alaric and have the utmost confidence taht he will do a grand job in this position.
