[SCA-BMDL] rapier practice information through August

Fencing practice will begin at 11 am tomorrow at the Washington Blvd site. This is for both adults and youth. Loaner Gear will be available.
There will be fencing at the Regional Muster on the 13th. 
There is a need for substitute marshals for the following dates:
July 14
August 18
If there is not a marshal for these dates, practice will be cancelled.
There will be no practice on July 21, 28 and August 4 due to Pennsic.
