Greetings all --

Due to a horrible infestation of winter plague (sometimes called by those with degrees from the University of Bologna as "the Flew"), at the house of the Lady Michelina, the meeting of the Cook's Guild for January 20 must be delayed.

It is hoped that with prayer and the liberal use of vinegar, the bad air will be dispersed from her house by February 23, when all lovers of good food shall once again be able to enter her kitchens.

At that time, all shall be welcome!
