[SCA-BMDL] Youth Fighter Practice this Sunday

Greetings to all Youth Fighters and their parents!

In the next month there will be not one but TWO events featuring Youth Combat!


- Saturday, August 24th, at the Siege of Harlech III at Byron & Ariella's castle, there will be a Youth Combat Tourney and a *Woods Battle*! For more info on this event, go to http://www.debatablelands.org/events/harlech.php

- Sunday, Sept. 8, at the Baronial Champions and Pot Luck picnic event at the Cabin in North Park, the Baronial Youth Champion Tourney will be held. Ramp up your game if you wish to be the next Baronial Youth Combat Champion! For more info on this event, go to http://www.aethelmearc.org/eventinfo.php?event=885

BMDL youth fighter practice will be held this Sunday in the park at the corner of Washington Blvd. and Allegheny River Blvd. in the East End. Map here: http://goo.gl/maps/FX4wg



Practice runs from 2-5 pm as usual. The weather forecast looks good, clouds but no rain. I'll have freezer pops once again!

Make sure to bring a water bottle. If you want a place to sit between bouts, remember to bring a folding chair.

The BMDL Youth Combat practice schedule going forward is as follows:



August 18 - Practice at Washington Blvd.

August 24 (Saturday) - Siege of Harlech, with Youth Combat Tourney and Woods Battle!

August 25 (Sunday) - NO Practice, go to the tourney at Siege of Harlech on Saturday
Sept. 1 - Labor Day Weekend, practice may be canceled, stay tuned for confirmation

Sept. 8 (Sunday) - Baronial Champions' Tourney and pot luck picnic with Baronial Youth Combat Champion's Tourney, at the Cabin in North Park
