[SCA-BMDL] Scroll Cases

Good Populace!

Do you remember when you go your last award and some young child gave you a case to hold your beautiful scroll??

Remember how you have moved that scroll case several times because you weren't quite sure what to do with it?

Do you want to get it out of your house?

Do you know anyone going to Ice Dragon??

The Sylvan Signet and kingdom scribes can help!, If you know anyone that is traveling to Ice Dragon, you can give them the scroll case you received and they can pass it along to the Signet at Ice Dragon. I personally will be traveling up that way in the morning and can transport any that are dropped off  here at the house if you happen to be out and about.
