[SCA-BMDL] Fighter Practice

We had a great practice today, we ended up fighting outside at the Chinese Church. The Youth Fighters have had a huge boost in numbers in the last few weeks, and the additions of 3 new fencers today. Heavy Fighters 
numbers have been down, due to Gulf Wars. It's time to bring those 
numbers back up.
