[SCA-BMDL] OT: Cheap house for rent

In my neighborhood; prob has a view of the Allegheny Valley. Nice,
safe area; and quite a nice price (AFAIK, I haven't been in the
house). It sounds like Werner is the landlord; he's a great guy.

Also, you'd have a passle of SCA neighbors close by!
