[SCA-BMDL] Quick questions from the soon to be new guy

I am suppose to be moving into the area by September 1st and just found out
the apartment I had lined up was rented out behind my back while I was at
Pennsic. I am hoping someone could send me a lead or two for a pet friendly
apartment that wont need me to sell my kidney to pay for it.
