[SCA-BMDL] Barony Meeting this Sunday.

Greetings from Baron Langdon. 

The Barony meeting is this Sunday March 20th at the Chinese Church in the North Hills. 8711 Old Perry Hwy, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 (There is a map at the  www.Debatablelands.org site on the Calendar page)

Besides the regular meeting and the fighting practices, there is an Arts and Sciences theme for those to share their works ask questions and show off / get comments on Ice Dragon projects. 

The Barony Meeting is also a great way to see other people in the barony and to see and hear about the projects they are working on as well. This is good for the people that have been around the SCA for a long time seeing who is working on new projects. It is great for newer members to get to meet those folks who are more experienced in the wide variety of arts, sciences and crafts within the SCA. You really can only get so far learning about the medieval arts crafts and activities with a keyboard and computer...

There will be a room for gathering to discuss general A & S things and another to display or work on projects. There are too few opportunities for the general Barony to gather to discuss interests. And though we have several specific meetings throughout the week and each month a less topical meeting might be better for people to see what is going on with the variety of arts.
