There are some changes to the order and class descriptions:

1:00 p.m.
Readings From Taylor's Feast, Master Huon Dambrigge
“Taylor's Feast” was written in 1638 and contains a number of humorous
tales of food & drink, cooks, taverns, and kitchens.

2:00 p.m.
Making a Day Shade, Princess Morgen
Canvas day shades provide a medieval air to the tourney field and are
easier to make than you may realize. This class will outline basic
design, construction, and decoration of a small dayshade for use at
events

3:00 p.m.
Beyond Blackwork: Other Elizabethan Stitches, Hrefna fruþikona Þorgrimsdottir
Elizabethan embroiderers did more than just blackwork. Come learn a few
stitches that appear in Elizabethan slips and sweet bags. Bring a hoop, needle,
fabric and thread. A few kits are available.

This is a child-friendly class. However parents must arrange with the
instructor ahead of time if they wish for their child to attend alone.

4:00 p.m.
Blockprinting on Fabric, Fredeburg von Katzenellenbogen
Can't afford fancy brocades? Don't have time to embroider? Woodblock
stamps can solve your dilemma. Blockprinting fabrics was used in the
Middle Ages to create inexpensive patterned fabric for clothing,
wallhangings, and linens. Learn the methods used and how to recreate
the look using either period or modern materials.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

Best regards,

Odriana
