**Come join us at BMDL Sunday fighter practice, Sunday** February 27th** *at
the Pittsburgh Chinese Church 2pm - 6pm.

Winter weight making that squeeze into your armor a wee bit too tight?  *Rather
not make a new suit of armor?  *Lady Ulvika Yarboa from Uplift Fitness will
be on hand to help you work that out.

There are no indoor practices scheduled for March.  If you want one let your

April 3rd BMDL Sunday Fighter Practice returns to *Washington Blvd

Parking:  Park in the down-slope lot off of Highland Rd, walk around the
side of the building, enter the first door, and walk up the stairs to the
