[SCA-BMDL] Practice site update

In service to the Barony-Marche,

I made another inspection of the Washington Boulevard practice site again today and it still looks good. As it stands right now, I believe that we will hold archery practice as usual on Sunday.

If someone can take a run past there tomorrow and see if conditions have changed, we would all appreciate it.

The only thing is that the grass has not been mowed in some time – it is thick and luxuriant. If you drop anything, you will probably not find it again.
