My cat and I just watched this video and he assures me that cats are not so easily explained. Also, he prefers Reform Kitteh and wants to go and vote now as soon as I give him some chicken......

Cats and election policy explained!  Where was 
this video a year ago when I was failing to adequately explain the 
new Baronial election policy?  The voting system currently being 
considered by the British is exactly the system that we will be using this 
Sunday.  Yay!
