[SCA-BMDL] Today's birthday party and projectile weapon event

As Archery Captain, I want to congratulate Master Alaric for a well-conceived and masterfully held Thrown Weapons and Archery tournament today. I thouroughly enjoyed myself and hope that everyone else did too.

This is just further proof of the life and vibrance of the community in the Debatable Lands.
