Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 20, the Wednesday Scriptorium welcomes
THL Kieran MacRae, who will be teaching "Knotwork for Knovices". It's
an overview of how to reproduce the twisty and windy illumination
style of the ancient Celts (and a few other cultures). Supplies will
be provided as well as a handout.

For the next few months, we will have a class offered once a month,
some of our upcoming classes will be:

November 17: "Turning Pigment Into Paint" taught by Mistress Kris Gilibari
December 1: "History of Calligraphy" taught by THL Cadell Blaidd du
January 19 and February 16: "Bookbinding" taught by Master Michael Alewrite

On the weeks that we don't have a class, we will have our usual
Scriptorium with the usual loaner gear, learning assistance, and
paint-a-scrolls.

As usual, the Scriptorium will be held at my home in Hampton Township
from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For directions, or more information,
please contact me via email at jenn.strobel at gmail.com or by telephone
at 412.213.8116.

We hope to see you there!
