[SCA-BMDL] Award Recommenations for Their Majesties

Greetings Good Gentles!  Their Royal Majesties, Duncan and Ilish, request award recommendations from Our Populace.  Within the next few days they must know who deserves awards, both in our Barony and surrounding Shires, so that they may recognize these good works at Kingdom Twelfth Night and our Barony's Twelfth Night.
