[SCA-BMDL] Rapier Marshals Please Read

Attention all rapier marshals:
 Quarterly reports are due on Nov 15.  Due to issues with reports either
being late or not being filed, anyone who does not file a report by the due
date will lose their rapier marshalate status.  Please do not let this
happen to you.
