[SCA-BMDL] Will's address

I was asked to reprint Will's address at Fort Benning. The military being what it is, he told me that the slightest typo in the address could send it just about anythere. There was a problem that someone sent him a letter with "TV2" rather than "PV2".

So here it is again:
