Rattan Fighting Authorizations for Pennsic must be aquired by the following
dates:
     - The last day to acquire a PRIMARY authorization for Pennsic is July
24th.
     - The last day to acquire a SECONDARY authorization for Pennsic is
August 9th.


Fighter practice* will continue at Washington Blvd
