Youth Combat participants and parents! 
 
Please Note: You MUST sign a new, notarized waiver for your child to participate in youth combat at events going forward. War Practice will be a great opportunity to take care of this conveniently, for FREE, since a notary will be present at the youth list! Please take advantage of the chance to get your child's combat waiver notarized quickly and easily!

Much is being planned for youth combat at AE War Practice (May 20-23)

Not only are currently authorized youth combatants encouraged to participate 
in the activities this weekend, but any youth between the ages of 6-17 who 
has an interest in fighting is encouraged to attend, learn and participate.

**Loaner armor, weapons and instruction will be available.**

If you know in advance that you will be attending and require the use of 
loaner gear please contact the Youth Marshal in Charge, Mistress Jenna 
MacPherson. (contact info at

Those not making arrangements in advance are still welcome to participate, 
though they may have to share equipment with others.

Parental permission is required for participation.
Arrangements have been made to have a Notary available to complete the 
required paperwork for those who have not already done so.

--THE SCHEDULE--
Friday
    5 pm - dark
    The field will be open for pickups
    Parents must sign youth in to participate.

Saturday
    11 am -Field will open for sign in & inspection
    11-12:30 - Pick ups
    12:30-Tournament
