[SCA-BMDL] Demo possibility - more details

Hi, all:

I got more details on the demo request that is coming from a teacher at Sterrett school in Point Breeze.? The demo is to be at about 10 am on the Friday before the Castle event.? She is hoping for some sort of "performance" at 10 (she was hoping for jugglers or a play, etc. and I suggested fighting/fencing -- she has been to ren faires and has that type of thing in mind...).? Then they are supposed to go to the caffeteria for a "feast" at about 11.? We talked briefly about having different demo?tables around the caffeteria for kids to visit.? She is expecting the whole 6th grade and some parents -- about 160 people...

I'm not sure who to turn this over to... I don't have time to organize it and have to work so I can't even go to the demo if we can do it.? I told her that we couldn't guarrantee anything, because of the time frame...
