Greetings to All,

Here is the tentative schedule for activities at Agincourt, October 25 in the BMDL. For reservation information, please visit: http://www.debatablelands.org/agincourt2008.html

The schedule is subject to change, a final schedule will be sent out prior to the event.

Agincourt Schedule

9:00  -Site Opens
      -Youth Inspection (Lower Field)

9:30   -Archery Practice Open (Archery Field)
       -Thrown Weapons Practice Open (Thrown Weapons Field)
       -100 Years War general knowledge quiz (begins – runs until 3:00)

10:00   -Heavy Inspection and Authorizations (Upper Field)
        -Fencing Inspection (Lower Field)

11:00   -Baronial Heavy Champions (Upper Field)             
        -Leatherworking Class (feast hall) (please bring your own leather  and posterboard)

11:30   - Baronial Youth Fighting Champions Tourney (Youth List)
        - Archery Champions Competition Begins (Archery Field)

12:00   -Lunch
        -Thrown Weapons Champions Competition Begins (Thrown Weapons Field)
        - Class - So you want to be an Archery Marshall (Lord Urho Waltterinen) (Feast Hall)

1:00    - Fencing Baronial Champions Tourney (Fencing List)
        - Heavy Melees Begin (Upper Field)
        - Combat Archery Tourney (in between melees) (Upper Field)
        - Class - Making Youth Weapons (Lady Zoe Akropolatina) (Pavillion)

1:30     -Youth Archery Champions Competition (Archery Field)


2:00     - Leather Bottle Making Class (Lady Sarab bint Alima) (Feast Hall)

3:00     - Agincourt Archery Challenge (Archery Field) 
         - Fencer’s Tavern Brawl (Picnic Pavilion)

4:00      - Debatable Choir will perform (Feast Hall)

4:30     - Royal and Baronial Court (Inside Hall)

 
6:00     - Feast
         - Bardic Duel (during feast) 


Two Challenges will go on throughout the day, For the populace there will be a Hundred Years War General Knowledge quiz, with a prize given out during court to the winner. 

The other challenge was to All Heavy Fighters on behalf of myself as the BMDL Bardic Champion. I have challenged all fighters to join in a Triathlon
challenging skills as Artisan, Bard and Chivalrous Fighter. To accept this challenge you must submit a work of your own to the A&S tables. You must show honor on the battlefield at Agincourt. Finally, you must perform a bardic feat (Song, Poem, or Story) during feast in the evening. There will be a prize given for each individual category and for an overall winner at the end of feast.
