[SCA-BMDL] Do we need a monthly Althing?

The information and announcements that were the raison d'etre of the
althing may be found on the Baronial web site.  Perhaps we should drop
the monthly newsletter in favor of a less-frequent publication
schedule?

There may still be a need for relatively-current hard copy of some of
the information on the web site such as officer contacts and event
announcements.  (Does anyone know how many barony members have
requested hard copies since we went online?)  If there is, and if
pretty format is not so important, could a script be added to the web
site to generate such a precis in printable form upon request?

For the situations in which a pretty format matters, we would still
have something to show if we went to a much-reduced publication
schedule.
