On the other hand, now that it is summer, Flagstaff Hill Movies have
started, so the availability of parking on Frew Street will be highly
dependent on [a] the weather, and [b] what movie is playing on that
particular night.  (Even though the movie doesn't start until dark, people
still get there early to claim good seats, relax, play frisbee, or
whatever.)  For reference's sake, Wednesday's movie is "Stardust."
