[SCA-BMDL] Carnevale weather update for Feb 9th

Greetings from Brandubh,

Well, the weather looks like we'll see day time highs in the low 40s
for the event, so still pack your warm gambison.  The day does call
for a good chance of snow, though with temps around 40, that'll mostly
just leave the ground wet, but the overnight low for Saturday headed
into Sunday is scheduled to hit the teens, so watch out for slippery
road conditions on the drive home.
