[SCA-BMDL] Fw: Pitt Activities Fair

Hullo again!
 
I got the times confirmed today for the Pitt Activities Fair.
 
Setup begins at Noon, with the fair itself starting at 2 and ending at 5.
 
We should have an appropiate sized area for Fighting, so if some marshals would care to volunteer their time it would be greatly appreciated.   We'll also have a table for some A&S displays as well.

I apologize for the late notice, but this Sunday (Aug. 24th) is Pitt's annual activities fair.
 
We have a space reserved for martial activities, but we should also have a strong A&S presence.
 
I should be getting our setup time confirmed either tomorrow or Weds and I'll announce those as soon as I have them.
 
Last year the Fair started at around 2ish, and our setup was at 1230.
