[SCA-BMDL] Construction warning for those of you coming to siege the Castle

Greetings everyone,

I want to let folks know about some construction which may change the
route some of you may be planning on taking to come to The Siege of
Harlech Castle tomorrow.  There is construction taking place on
I-279 and it will be closed around exit 8B southbound and 7C
northbound starting 5am tomorrow morning for the duration of the
weekend.  It appears that this will also affect the HOV lanes, as
today, they were moving in large bridge girders and staging heavy
lifting equipment using the HOV lanes.

I realize those of you coming over from the Mid are likely going up
I-79, and those of you who are local may already be aware of this
construction.  But for those of you who are the exception to this
rule, I wanted to give you warning so that you did not get bitten by
this closure.
