[SCA-BMDL] Additional Kitchen Thank Yous

There were a few people that I did fail to write down and who need to be
thanked for their gracious donations of time and energy:

Anna Malakina, Kimberly (last name unknown), Christofano Vecchione, Caitlyn
of Dearnehealde, and Rua MacAodha also assisted with washing dishes and
cleaning the kitchens (the kitchen where the cooking was done and the back
kitchen where the dishes were washed).

Anna Malakina and Christofano Vecchione helped transport additional items of
larder back to my house at the end of the day.

Thank you all for your assistance and your time.  I apologize for my failure
to write things down and missing you in my initial email.  Your efforts and
contributions are appreciated and I thank you from the bottom of my heart
for contributing your time and talents.  You also get extra thank you when I
see you in person next :-)
