Many, many years ago I looked into St. Raphael's, and the only thing that ruled it out was that the hall was too small for the Kingdom event we were working on. It was not particularly pretty but I vaguely recall that it would seat around 125 or 150. There's a public park around the corner with a playground, so a tourney wouldn't be out of the question there. Their "off-street parking" is very limited, though.

The Union Project was undergoing renovation last I was there and I'm not sure if they have a working kitchen for rent. Also, they have a cafe in the building, which I'm also not sure if they'd shut down to the public while we were using the hall. I sometimes buy my Christmas tree there - I will have to check on their current state. There is NO off-street parking and the on-street parking can be crowded, so it might be really sub-optimal from that standpoint. OTOH, I live three blocks away, so a post-revel would be easy. :-)

FYI - St. Raphael School is at 1154 Chislett Street in Morningside. St. Raphael's is my church and the Union Project is just down the street, so if anyone is interested in either site for an event, I might be able to answer general questions.
