[SCA-BMDL] pre-order spices for war

i had a question the other night about pre-ordering spices from the
pepperer's guild for pick up at pennsic.

i thought it might be of somewhat common interest so, the answer is "yes
indeed! you can pre-order spices for pick up at war!"

follow the links for prices and info on pre-ordering.

and the obvious corollary to this is "yes, the pepperer's guild will be at
pennsic this year!"   :)
