Unto the Populace:

Sorry folks, my brain was working faster than my hands
yesterday.

To serve as a warranted Chirurgeon, you need to have
American Red Cross Basic First Aid (Not Advanced), CPR
Must be taught to American Heart Association standards
(Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute
certifications would still apply).
