[SCA-BMDL] scheduling Baronial dinner or reception

Greetings!
 
Traditionally, Brion holds his bardic circle on the Middle Sunday, starting
at dark-oh-thirty.  The circle is held at the BMDL camp, or if the weather
is bad, in the AE Royal pavillion.  In the past, we have been using the
rental chairs from the party around the campfire.  If this resource will be
available again, great!

Greetings good gentles of the Barony!  We would like to continue the
tradition of a Baronial dinner or reception and court at Pennsic.  In some
years past it was held the middle Sunday night, this year August 5th.  We
are not aware of any major conflicts that night according to the Pennsic
webpage, but please let us know if we are missing something.
