[SCA-BMDL] Fwd: Parkway traffic?

the road work IS just north of it, but it does cause bottle necks that
stretch down further. random bottlenecks. you might do better to come off
the turnpike and go south on old 28 through fox chapel. but quite frankly i
don't think the tie ups on the parkway are worth the extra time it takes to
come back from the bog on the turnpike. take 22 and loop past the parkway
when you get that close. the turnpike takes too long to the bog. yuk. :)
