Again, PennDoT isn't very clear, but it looks like the road work,
while potentially affecting southbound traffic, is all north of
Harmarville (Allegheny Valley exit on the Turnpike), and thus
shouldn't affect traffic inbound between Harmarville and downtown.

If you know for sure where the construction is, that'd be be good to know
