[SCA-BMDL] Correction to Archery Schedule

>From the Captain of Archers,

I have to make a change to archery practice schedule posted in the current Althing.

There will be no practice at the Washington Boulevard site for any of the three Pennsic weekends. That would be July 29th. August 5th, and August 12th.

We will resume practice the following weekend, August 19th.
