Saint Julian, the patron saint of minstrels and wandering musicians,
was known for offering hospitality to weary travelers. This winter, in
the same tradition, the Barony-Marche of the Debatable Lands welcomes
you in from the cold for a day of music and dance!

The Academy of St. Julian music and dance schola is fast approaching! We
have a great selection of classes lined up, covering instrumental music,
vocal music, Middle Eastern music & dance, and all manner of European dance
subjects from English country to Italian. There are classes for all skill
levels, from beginner to advanced. There is sure to be something for
everyone interested in music or dance!

The class schedule is getting full, so if you want to teach, do not delay!
Contact the class
coordinator, THL Brandubh O Donnghaile ( donnghaile at gmail.com ) or the
autocrat (warrewyk at gmail.com).

The day will conclude with a ball in the William Pitt Union's beautiful
ballroom. There will also be a Middle Eastern dance area, so everyone will
be able to enjoy the evening's festivities.

Delicious food will be available all day from a sideboard presented by
the BMDL Cooks' Guild. During the ball, a pot luck dessert table will
satisfy everyone's sweet tooth.

Get all of the details at http://www.debatablelands.org/st_julian.html

No advance reservations are required, but if you plan to attend please let
us know, so the cooks will
be prepared! Contact Lady Helewys Spynnere ( Helewys at gmail.com) and indicate
that you are coming.
