[SCA-BMDL] Bad news for our Drachenwald friends

This reminds of a story I was told many years ago.
A guy in Dragonship Haven, in the East Kingdom, was arrested coming home
from an event or fighter practice or something, for carrying a concealed
weapon (CT has, or had, pretty strict laws about that).  Everyone in the
Barony was quite concerned, not only about the guy, but about the
potential ramifications, so they all went to the court hearing.  When the
case went up before the judge, the police presented the evidence -- I
forget now what it was, but it was either a katana or a great sword, that
the guy had been wearing (sheathed, of course) strapped to his back.
Not only did the judge throw the case out, but he apparently lectured the
cop at length about wasting the court's valuable time!
