[SCA-BMDL] December 15, Help!

I will be in town the week-end of December 15th, working on the
basement of our house.  I believe the painting parts are all finished,
but the ballast in the basement needs to be removed.  I'd appreciate
any help anyone could give; it's been a long and onerous project, but
the end is in sight!
