[SCA-BMDL] Inspection and authorization information

Greetings all,
    For anyone going to War Practice this coming weekend (May 18-21), 
this is just a heads-up that heavy weapons inspections and 
authorizations will be done on Friday as well as on Saturday. On Friday 
from 5 pm until 9 pm there will be inspections, and from 6:30pm until 
8pm there will be authorizations.  Both are on the field by the Fort. 
Fencing inspections and authorizations begin at 9am on Saturday.
