[SCA-BMDL] Retainers for War Practice

Their Excellencies have requested retainers for War Practice.  I am 
especially in need of individuals who are not involved in rapier or 
heavy fighting, as the majority of current retainers will be 
participating in those activities.  Schedules for War Practice can be
