[SCA-BMDL] List heralds needed For War College Event July 8th

Greetings from Brandubh,

The Debatable Lands is holding a War College Event on the 8th day of July,
it will be a day full of grand martial endeavors and tournaments.  However,
I find myself in need of assistance in regards to all of these tournaments.
So I am calling out to all the heralds of Aethelmearc, and to all loud
people in general.  Lend a hand, help me herald all of these tourneys on the
field, you'll get the best seat in the house!  Please let me know if you are
planning on attending and can help with the tournaments.
