Hello,

Brandubh and I are holding a New Year's Eve Party at our house, please come 
and enjoy!  Starts at 9pm, goes til whenever.  Google maps and Yahoo! maps 
give fine directions.  Mind the stairs coming up.  Floor space for crashers 
is available.
