Hi Kai,

I've now tested the OpenSlide Python 1.1.0 wheel on Windows 10 Enterprise,
using both python.org's Python 3.4.4 and WinPython-64bit-3.4.4.1Qt5, and
both openslide-win64-20150527 and openslide-win64-20160529-nightly.  I was
not able to reproduce the problem you described.  Were you able to make any
further progress in tracking it down?
