OpenSlide 3.4.1 linux issues for Aperio files

It turns out that a performance optimization added in OpenSlide 3.4.1 
fails to work with the version of libjpeg-turbo in Ubuntu 12.04, 
affecting Aperio JPEG slides only.  Fixed in master:

     https://github.com/openslide/openslide/commit/72482543
