Question of install OpenSlide-python in windows

Good morning,

     I try to install openslide-python on my machine but while I installed it, there's some error shows up like this.

      Could you please tell me how to fix that issue?

      Besides, to install openslide in windows, all I need to do is download the zip file from openslide/download and extract it, right?
